During Week #18, Kalpavriksham Trust continued its mission of spreading awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and women’s health through impactful community outreach programs in Thiruvallur district.
From 04th May to 10th May 2026, the trust successfully conducted 2 Cancer Awareness Talks under the Shakthi Project, reaching a total of 17 beneficiaries. These sessions focused on educating women and community members about the importance of early diagnosis, regular screenings, and preventive healthcare practices.
On 08th May 2026, Kalpavriksham Trust organized a Cancer Awareness Talk at Heart to Care Trust, Jaya Nagar, Thiruvallur. The session benefited 7 participants and emphasized the importance of:
Participants were guided on recognizing early warning signs and encouraged to undergo regular screenings for timely diagnosis and treatment.
Another awareness session was conducted on the same day at Ganga Nagar, Sevvapet, Thiruvallur, benefiting 10 participants. The session focused on women’s health awareness and educating attendees about preventive cancer care.
