In its continued mission to combat cancer through awareness, early detection, and community outreach, Kalpavriksham Trust successfully conducted two impactful initiatives during Week #11 (16th March to 22nd March 2026). These programs reached a total of 82 beneficiaries, reinforcing the importance of preventive healthcare and timely screening.
1. Cancer Awareness Talk – Project Shakthi
Under Project Shakthi, a cancer awareness session was conducted to educate participants on the importance of early detection, recognizing symptoms, and adopting a healthy lifestyle. The session focused on breaking common myths surrounding cancer and encouraged individuals to undergo regular screenings, empowering the community with life-saving knowledge.
2. Cancer Screening Camp (iBreast Exam) – Project Femicare+
As part of Project Femicare+, a screening camp using the iBreast device was conducted to support early detection of breast abnormalities. The initiative aimed to make advanced screening accessible to underserved communities while also promoting awareness about preventive healthcare and regular check-ups.
Both initiatives reflect Kalpavriksham Trust’s strong commitment to promoting early cancer detection, increasing awareness among communities, and encouraging preventive healthcare practices. Through consistent outreach efforts, the trust continues to bridge the gap between medical services and the public.

The message remains clear: prevention saves lives. By spreading awareness and enabling access to screening, Kalpavriksham Trust is making a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer.
Support and be part of this life-saving movement. Every contribution—whether through awareness, participation, or support—helps in building a healthier society.
