From 20th April to 26th April 2026, Kalpavriksham Trust continued its mission of creating cancer awareness and promoting preventive healthcare through impactful community outreach programs. In collaboration with healthcare professionals and educational institutions, the trust successfully conducted two awareness initiatives under the Shakthi Project, reaching a total of 65 beneficiaries across Thiruvallur and Chennai.
These programs focused on educating communities and students about the importance of early cancer detection, healthy lifestyle choices, and preventive screening methods such as mammograms and Pap smear tests.
On 21st April 2026, Kalpavriksham Trust organized a Cancer Awareness Talk at Karanai Village, Kadambathur, Thiruvallur under the Shakthi Project. The session benefited 35 participants, primarily women from the local community.
