Week #41 12th – 18th October 2026 | Project Sunkalp
Kalpavriksham Trust continues its mission of promoting cancer awareness, early detection, and accessible preventive healthcare through Project Sunkalp. During Week 41, from 12th to 18th October 2026, the Trust successfully conducted 7 cancer screening camps, reaching 398 beneficiaries across various locations in Madurantakam, Tamil Nadu.
These camps focused on providing free cancer screening services, including iBreast examinations, oral cancer screenings, and Pap smear tests, helping communities understand the importance of early detection and timely medical intervention.
Throughout the week, cancer screening camps were organized at Pavunjur PHC, Kayapakkam PHC, Ramapuram PHC, Koovathur PHC, Orathy PHC, Kallabiranpuram, and Nainar Kuppam.
Each camp provided essential preventive healthcare services, particularly benefiting underserved and rural communities with limited access to regular cancer screening facilities.

7 Cancer Screening Camps conducted successfully.
398 Beneficiaries reached through free screening services.
iBreast Examinations conducted for early breast cancer detection.
Oral Cancer Screenings provided to identify potential abnormalities.
Pap Smear Tests performed to support cervical cancer screening.
