Kalpavriksham Trust continues to move forward with its mission of “Solving Cancer Crisis” through impactful awareness programs and medical screening initiatives. From 22nd to 28th September 2025 (Week #39), the trust successfully organized 6 events, directly benefiting 301 individuals across different communities.
1. 23rd September 2025 – Cancer Awareness Talk (Shakthi Project)
Location: Sivanvoyyal - Melakondaiyur, Thiruvallur
Beneficiaries: 28
The session educated participants about breast and cervical cancer, their symptoms, and the importance of early screening.
2. 24th September 2025 – Cancer Screening Camp (Femicare+ Project)
Location: Anbagam Rehabilitation Center, Otteri
Beneficiaries: 52, including 33 women who received free Pap smear screenings.
This initiative focused on prevention through direct medical screenings, empowering women with access to timely healthcare.
3. 25th September 2025 – Cancer Awareness Talk (Shakthi Project)
Location: Sri Venkateshwara Magalir Kuzhu, Ayappakkam
Beneficiaries: 17
A focused talk for women’s groups, emphasizing lifestyle changes, HPV vaccination, and self-breast examination practices.
4. 26th September 2025 – Cancer Awareness Talk (Project)
Location: Madras School of Social Work, Egmore
Beneficiaries: 130
A large-scale awareness program under the theme Pink Pulse 2025: Know It, Beat It, highlighting breast cancer awareness and prevention strategies for students and staff.
5. 27th September 2025 – Cancer Awareness Talk (Shakthi Project)
Location: Tamil Nadu Police Quarters, Avadi
Beneficiaries: 22
The session empowered police families with preventive healthcare knowledge and screening guidance.
6. 28th September 2025 – Cancer Awareness Talk (Shakthi Project)
Location: Periya Colony – Athipet, Ambattur
Beneficiaries: 52
The session covered cancer awareness and encouraged women to take up regular screenings for early detection.

Today Our school students atten this HPV vaccination at privaram cancer hospital. It is very useful to all the students and they are doing healthy and social services.
