At Kalpavriksham Trust, our mission has always been to “Join hands to save lives.” With this vision, we launched Project Shakthi, a powerful initiative aimed at empowering women, youth, and communities with life-saving awareness on cancer prevention, early detection, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Why Project Shakthi?
Cancer remains one of the leading health challenges in India, but the truth is – most cancers can be prevented or treated effectively if detected early. Inspired by this belief, Project Shakthi focuses on:
Conducting awareness talks on breast, cervical, and gynecologic cancers
Promoting preventive healthcare through HPV vaccination
Offering free mammogram and pap smear screenings
Encouraging self-breast examination and early detection methods
Supporting communities with knowledge on healthy living
Through these efforts, Project Shakthi brings hope, knowledge, and preventive action directly to the people.
Milestones of Project Shakthi
Since its inception in January 2024, Project Shakthi has touched over 9,000 lives through 85 impactful programs across schools, colleges, corporate offices, residential communities, and rural areas
