Kalpavriksham Trust, in collaboration with Privaram Cancer Hospital, conducted a Cancer Awareness Talk at the Panchayat Office & Jayalakshmi Nagar, Pothur – Thirumullaivoyal, on 18th November 2025. The session engaged 29 participants and emphasized the importance of mammogram and Pap smear screenings for the early detection and prevention of breast and cervical cancers.The speaker provided clear and practical insights into the screening procedures, their benefits, and the critical role of timely testing in safeguarding women’s health. Participants were encouraged to adopt proactive health practices and stay informed about preventive measures.This initiative aimed to empower the community with essential knowledge, promote regular screenings, and support informed health decisions for a healthier future.
