We had an incredible time at Padma Sarangapani School during our interactive session led by Dr. Balu Mahendran. He highlighted the importance of adopting healthy habits early in life and encouraged students to prioritize their well-being with proper nutrition and regular exercise. Through engaging discussions, he dispelled cancer myths and raised awareness about early detection. Dr. Mahendran's motivational words ignited ambition and resilience in students, leaving a lasting impact. The session concluded with a soothing meditation exercise. Students learned the art of mindfulness, a valuable tool for stress management and mental clarity.
